Craftsmanship Guarantee
We guarantee the purchased item against breakage for 30 days from purchase. In the event your One Dog Ranch item breaks or comes apart within 30 days from purchase, ship the item, including all the pieces (or as many pieces as can be recovered) to us, and we will repair it as close as possible to it’s original state* You are responsible for the shipping costs to One Dog Ranch, but we will cover the return shipping cost. Repairs will be completed and returned (shipped) in 1 to 2 weeks in most cases**

*If not all pieces can be recovered, then we will do our best to match the missing pieces as close as possible. In addition; most pieces used to create the item are unique in themselves, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the original item. If more than 25% of the pieces can not be recovered & returned with the item to be repaired, other pieces may be swapped in their place during the repair.
**If the repair requires ordering pieces, there may be a significant additional delay. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status.
Happiness & Fit Guarantee
If you received a One Dog Ranch item as a gift, or purchased it for yourself, and it does not fit -OR- you would prefer a different item, simply return the item to us in NEW condition (with no signs of wear)* within 60 days from original purchase. (1) You may exchange it for equal or lesser value or pay the difference for a higher priced item. -OR- (2) If the item design allows, we can modify it to fit you for no charge except shipping costs. In either case, you will be responsible for any shipping costs.
